Door opening fees are as follows: Weekdays 7a.m. until 4p.m. 20 €, weekdays 4p.m. until 9p.m. 40 €, weekdays 9p.m. until 7a.m. 45 €. Weekends and holidays 45 €. Payment in cash.
If the fee is invoiced, the total fee is 50 € per opening. The door will be opened only to a resident of the apartment, so you are expected to prove your identification.
